"When our refrigerator stopped cooling, we were afraid we would lose all our food and have to buy a new refrigerator. We called Niceleys, they arrived within a couple hours, and they stocked the needed parts on the truck. “Our furnace went out on Friday night, Dec. 8. I called Niceley's the next day at about 8:30 A.M. to see how soon they could come out. I expected it would be Monday, but the woman who answered said even though they were booked for the day, she would see what she could do and would call me back within the hour. Twenty minutes later, she called and said someone would be out before 3 p.m. And just an hour after that (about 10 A.M.), Steve was at our door. He couldn't have been more kind and professional. He figured out immediately that the starter was bad, and he had one in his truck. The price with labor was, in my opinion, very reasonable, especially considering how quick they had been about everything. By 10:30 A.M., our furnace was working again. I don't believe for a second that any other company could have provided us with that level of service.There is no question that I will call Niceley's again when we have a problem with any of our appliances.”
